1. Scope of Application.

2. Registration of data
The Client, by registering for the portal, guarantees the accuracy and completeness of the data provided. If the Customer opens a personal account, he/she undertakes to update it in case of changes to his/her personal data. Only persons over the age of 18 may register and make purchases.
The Customer may at any time refuse to receive advertising related to the company by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address info@luganjals.com or by a letter addressed to the company.
3. Orders
By completing the order, the Customer agrees to purchase the products selected by him/her in accordance with these general terms and conditions. For each purchase made on the portal, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the Customer. This confirmation e-mail determines the conclusion of the contract, before which the conclusion of the order has no mandatory effect for the company.
The order is placed at a price and according to the information on the portal at the time of ordering. If an ordered product is not available or cannot be delivered, the Customer is informed within 48 hours after the conclusion of the order, without any responsibility of the company.
4. Shipping and Pricing.
Each order is delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer. Responsibilityfor the goods passes to the Customer upon receipt by the carrier. Shipping and delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer, which are included in the amount indicated in the order confirmation.
Products offered are generally in stock or as indicated for each item.
VAT is already included in the advertised purchase price per item for deliveries within Switzerland. The total final cost of the order includes the shipping costs listed in the shopping cart and specified on the invoice.
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery address and the customer's country. All orders are shipped from Switzerland in discreet and anonymous packaging. In the case of shipping outside Switzerland, the buyer is responsible for the import portion, which will be paid separately by the customer upon receipt of the package through the contracted transportation company. For international shipments (Europe and worldwide), actual costs are based on the country and weight of each shipment. Products are sold ex works in our warehouse, delivery of the products to the designated shipping agent concludes the contract of sale, and the order is considered concluded. No claim can be made in the event of loss or non-delivery by the shipping service due to causes attributable to the shipping service itself. For international shipments, the minimum amount to qualify for free shipping is CHF 1000.00.
Each shipment of goods includes a tracking number and/or proof of shipment; the same is proof of shipment.
The order will be taken on the same day if confirmed and acknowledged by 6 pm .

6. Raw materials and assorted products

In any case, before returning the goods for defects, damages or shortages, the Customer must submit a complaint to the above address and wait for the company's position. 9. Limitation of Liability.
No claim by the Customer for delivered products, non-delivery of products or other circumstances may exceed the amount of the purchase price of the products in relation to which the Customer's claim arose. In no event shall the company be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever occurring in connection with the knowing purchase of the products, their use, their sale or this site.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies to all business dealings with the Company and exclusive Switzerland. Mandatory statutory forums remain reserved.
11. Age Verification and Responsibility
